I hope my kababayans in the Philippines are OK.
The pictures and videos of SM North and Makati flooded were mind-boggling.
CNN described Ondoy as the "Katrina of the Philippines."
Praying for a speedy recovery and Green Cards for everybody.
It surely is turning out to becoming the "Katrina of the Philippines" and in some areas such as Taytay, Rizal the water has not receded yet up to now. There is also another low pressure area that can possibly become a new typhoon that is can possibly head to the same path as typhoon Ondoy.
So far, there are 140 confirmed deaths and since water has not receded yet on some areas there can be more that will be found.
I got the info below from CEBU's posts in facebook. For fellow Filipinos in the Philippines and abroad, let us help our kababayans. A small amount will go a long way...
