What particular state does nclex expires? I'm just wondering cos in my state of application(NJ) the board of nursing contact support made it clear to me via email that the they don't expire.
Confused...but it's the BON talking. I just read some posts here that their nclex expired..kindly mention those specific states for our info.thanks dear nurses!
ciao!
The NCLEX exam does not expire. Once you passed it, you don't have to take it again.
I also have not read any posts here saying their NCLEX expired. I reckon, you must have read it on another site.
Here, what you will read is those with NCLEX-pass letters from CA BRN that gives the applicant 3 years to come up with a US SSN but as we've mentioned it can be renewed every year.
Other State Boards that gives licenses even w/o a US SNN will also have to be renewed once the license expires.
Hope, that lessens your confusion.
