B.C. nurses get pay boost in contract extension

hi there t-cell. i would like to ask if a nurse with pending EB3 application can file for H1B?(working visa). i suugested this to my agency but it seems they are not in favor of our suggestion........please enlighten

Also, if you read the latest post on the great interview to Atty. Carl Shusterman, he also mentioned nurses not being qualified for temporary work visas (he was referring to the all types of H visas).
