Enjoy our Laissez-faire Community forum where everyone are encouraged to give their opinions and without repercussions, I may add.

As much as this is an internet forum, one of the primary purpose is to express their opinions, ideas and thoughts.  Also, as much as members can express their opinions and ideas, moderators and admins can also express their own opinions and ideas.  Just always keep in mind that these are just opinions and please do not take it personally nor take it against someone you disagree with.  A member, moderator, or admin is not a 'bad' member, moderator or admin just because they happen to have opinions different from yours.  

Everyone has the right to civilly oppose another member's opinions, moderators and admins included.  This is an internet forum, this is not a blog and so interaction between members, moderators and admins are an everyday occurrence here.  Friendly exchange of opinions, ideas and even friendly and constructive debates are encouraged. 

Some sensitive topics though may be best discussed privately using our private messaging system.  That is one of the main reasons of PMs.  Also, since this is a publicly viewed forum any post that gives out advices that may be considered illegal, unethical, and immoral or just even pointing to it or implying to it is strongly discouraged.

Note though that being "Laissez-faire" doesn't mean there aren't rules and regulations to be followed.  Hong Kong is a "Laissez-faire" economy but it still need to have laws and rules and regulations or there will be anarchy.

Basic rules here are to just use Internet Etiquette or Netiquette and just plain common sense.
