There are several ways to navigate through our website and the redundancy was done purposely so that new members and new readers that just happen to stumble upon our site can easily go through our site with no hassles.
The first and one of the best way of navigating the site is by checking our 'Headlines' tab. In most cases, and esp. if visiting the site for the first time or visiting as a silent reader/viewer a.k.a. non-registered member one is automatically taken to the Headlines.
Another way of navigating the site is to go to the 'Forum' tab located near the 'Headlines' tab. If there is any new thread or new posts that was submitted from the last time you visited the site a "NEW" bold red signage appears besides the forum categories where that new thread or post you haven't read yet is located.
At the bottom of the main 'Forum' tab, there are also mini-tabs you can click to take you to either 'All topics from all categories' or to the 'Newest post across all categories'. These two are especially helpful for members that may have missed some threads and posts and wants to see all topics from across all categories or all recent posts in order.
Last but not least on our sidebar you will notice the 'Hot Topics' to point you to the top 10 hottest topics that most are viewing. Just below it is the 'Recent Posts' tab that points you to the top 5 most recent posts made by members.
P.S. I said our website because this site was made purposely for us 'foreign nurses'. Everyone here are treated as family or friends and not just as mere 'guests' in a website.

FYI:
Please make use of our sidebar located on the right side of the website. They all serve as shortcut links to important topics.
There is also a 'Forum Categories' (clickable) tab there w/c is a shortcut to all 10 forum categories we have on this site. We purposely try to keep the Categories within our forum to a minimum as much as we can so that navigating is much easier. The title of each category is pretty much very descriptive of what contents it may contain. The most popular and most active forum category is the General Foreign Nurses Discussion category and impt. topics under each category are made to a 'sticky' so that they are always on top of the first page so that no one can miss it. Also, if trying to look for news or the latest information try to at least go through the first 2-3 pages of a category. Most often than not they are on the first 2-3 pages of each category.
Thank you.
