Unlike other forums, all members here are able to select an avatar of their own.
It would be nice that an avatar or a photo be used to identify everyone. Try not to by-pass this free feature. This feature is actually a premium (paid membership) feature only in majority of forums. Here, its free.
You just have to go to your profile and edit it to add an avatar or photo. You can also select from the pre-selected avatars that are already available here and just change it anytime once you are able to see a nicer one in the web.
Adding an avatar or photo is easy, just copy and paste the url or you can also browse your computer for pics and enter that.
Those not familiar on how to capture an image and pasting it on your profile, just right click on the image you want and select "view image". After that, just copy the url found where the web address is usually displayed and then just paste.

You can then either directly paste a url of where the image is located if it's hosted on a website already or browse your computer for images to be use as an avatar. There is also a built-in in-house library already available to choose from. All major image/photo formats such as .jpg and .png are supported.
