T-cell,
I found these sites very helpful. I have to retake ielts here in the U.S. The exam i passed in the Philippines expires on March 31, 2009. CGFNS advised me to submit new passing ielts rating ..(sayang talaga).. A lesson on my part... Anyway...thanks a lot...

Try this: http://www.english-itutor.com/IELTS.html

Practicing is the key. You really do have to talk to someone who is fluent in English or someone w/c English is his first language.
If you have Skype, you can also use that as well to get free PC-PC calls to each other and just chat for practice purposes.
However, it is still best that you chat with someone that is really fluent and can correct you as you converse with each other.
Skype is free: http://www.skype.com/intl/en/
It's great having all these..available on the net.. it helped me a lot..during my ielts.review..
To Manie,
Quite late, I won't know. But I have a PM for you. Cheers!!
