Here are a few free IELTS test preps, samples and tutorials that can be found in the internet.  Note that it is the Academic Module that is needed for RNs.

There are quite a number of websites that offers such services and can be found by just searching thru google on the net.  Those who knows a few more that they recommend may post the links here to add up on the sites that were already posted here.  Thanks.

Try this:  http://www.english-itutor.com/IELTS.html

Also this: http://foreign-nurse.lefora.com/2008/08/14/global-english-discussion-forum/page1/

Practicing is the key.  You really do have to talk to someone who is fluent in English or someone w/c English is his first language.

If you have Skype, you can also use that as well to get free PC-PC calls to each other and just chat for practice purposes.

However, it is still best that you chat with someone that is really fluent and can correct you as you converse with each other.

Skype is free:  http://www.skype.com/intl/en/
